How to reach us

If you can sign in, use the Help page. It's faster: your account details come with the message, and the reply appears there.

If you cannot sign in, or would rather use email, write to contact@samsaam.io. Include the email address on your account so we can find it.

What to tell us

Pick the category that fits, and include:

• Billing. The date and amount of the charge, and what you expected to happen.
• Access. What you are trying to reach, and what you see instead. If you are in a team workspace, say whose.
• A technical problem. The project it happened in, what you did, and what the product said. A screenshot helps more than a description.
• Captions being wrong. The language and roughly where in the video — that tells us far more than “the captions are bad”.

How we handle requests

Requests are read and answered by a person, in order, with anything that has locked someone out of paid work taken first. We do not publish a guaranteed response time.

Account deletion and data requests

You can delete your account yourself under Account → Security in the Studio. Requests to access, correct or export your personal data go through the same Help page. See the Privacy Policy for what those rights cover and what we keep afterwards.
